A couple of days ago I posted the recap of the amazing race that was the Molokai 2 Oahu - all from the perspective of – well, the RACE! I thought you’d might like some “behind the scenes” look at how we got ready to race and of course it was in the “Always have fun” part of how I do things.
My amazing sister, Ashley Baxter (subscribe to her YouTube channel here) put together a video of all of us before the race, and some action shots. Mahalo, Ashley!
In her words, “Having fun on Molokai with friends and family before the Molokai to Oahu Race. My brother Connor Baxter paddled 32 miles across the Kaiwi Channel on his 17′ Stand up Paddle board and was able to take back the title!!! He made it over in 4 hours and 8 minutes beating the World record time again!! This was Connor’s 6th year Racing the M2O and 3rd time winning; every time he’s won he’s beaten the World Record time! I’m just a proud sister bragging about her brother!!!!”
